Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (450g) pizza dough
  • 1 cup (240ml) pizza sauce
  • 2 cups (200g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup (30g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup (75g) sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup (75g) sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup (75g) sliced red bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup (75g) sliced green bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup (30g) sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup (30g) sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup (30g) sliced Italian sausage
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Olive oil (for drizzling)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).

  1. Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Arrange black olives, mushrooms, red bell peppers, green bell peppers, red onions, pepperoni, and Italian sausage over the cheese.
  5. Sprinkle dried oregano, dried basil, and garlic powder evenly over the toppings.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the top of the pizza.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
