- 1/4 cup (30g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup (75g) sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup (75g) sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup (75g) sliced red bell peppers
- 1/2 cup (75g) sliced green bell peppers
- 1/4 cup (30g) sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup (30g) sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup (30g) sliced Italian sausage
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Olive oil (for drizzling)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by grated Parmesan cheese.
- Arrange black olives, mushrooms, red bell peppers, green bell peppers, red onions, pepperoni, and Italian sausage over the cheese.
- Sprinkle dried oregano, dried basil, and garlic powder evenly over the toppings.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top of the pizza.
- Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
