Ingredients:

  • 2 cups seedless grapes
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon flavored gelatin powder (optional, for color and flavor)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Grapes:
    • Wash and dry the grapes thoroughly.
    • Remove grapes from stems.

  1. Heat Corn Syrup:
    • Pour the corn syrup into a small bowl and heat in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds until it’s warm and slightly thinned.
  2. Coat Grapes:
    • Dip each grape into the corn syrup, ensuring it’s fully coated.
    • Roll the coated grapes in granulated sugar (and flavored gelatin powder, if using) until fully covered.
  3. Set and Serve:
    • Place the coated grapes on a parchment-lined tray.
    • Allow them to set for about 30 minutes.
